| which included putting on war-paint | and going exploring all by myself |

| I liked picking up sticks to wave | and I really liked the pretty parrots in the cage |

| Jahan came over to play lots | and Daddy taught me spin-bowling |

| In fact, I learnt a lot from Daddy, specially at dinner time - about gravity, fluid dynamics and diminishing returns. Amma is boring, she lets me use a spoon. | |
